A Bellevue Washington native, Scott has found success across many industries before joining the Royal Caribbean Group 19 years ago. He is a results oriented sales and marketing executive with global experience leading top performing organizations in travel and consumer packaged goods industries. Proven leadership success at Fortune 500 companies including Royal Caribbean Group, Pfizer and Procter & Gamble. Air New Zealand Advisory Board Member with experience in more than 50 countries on 6 continents.

At Celebrity Cruises, he currently leads a team of Strategic Market Managers, Market Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Managers and Market Sales Representative/Event Specialist. Responsible for Consumer & Trade Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Event Activation, Partnership Marketing and $200+ million in annual revenue attainment. In 2020, just before the pandemic hit, Scott was on a five month assignment in Sydney, Australia working with Celebrity Cruises' Australia/New Zealand Sales, Marketing, and commercial/revenue management teams as we transition to a

brand dedicated Celebrity Cruises organization in the APAC region.
